few moments before, I have written an article about how to backup the database Wordpres?, and now, I’ll write an article about how to restore the database wordpress. This is useful if the wordpress database error. ok, i will explain how to restore the database wordpress:

1. we need to login to our ftp account, and delete the existing directory / wp-content/cache

2. Going to the “PHP myAdmin” and then select the database, now writes the name of the database, and remember it well, please do not forget the name of the database!.

3. when all the tables in the display list, then we check everything, and delete it, please look at the picture.

4. when all has been erased, then, we can, upload a new database (import). and to do so, Click “Import”, like the picture bellow. and is now looking for storage location, database backup.
